Purelux Panther 9" Auxiliary light (Black/White)

Purelux Panther 9 is a shockingly powerful auxiliary light that shakes up the market of round driving lights with a fierce performance, one of the best combination light beams on the market, an R65-approved warning light function and a unique appearance. The light has two different power modes, i.e. it can be switched on either the more moderate power mode approved for road traffic or the PowerBoost® mode that releases unlimited light output. The innovative user interface switch integrated into the light allows you to change the power modes easily and quickly, even directly while driving, so there is no need to make any additional connections!

In PowerBoost® mode, the measured (in LightLab) light output of just one light is 12314 lumens, with a range of up to 709 meters (1 lux), and when two or more lights are installed side by side, in the darkness of the night the unnoticeable row of black panthers turns into a light phenomenon that signs the way ahead in an unprecedented way. The attention-grabbing design, stylish details and the orange or white parking light at the bottom of the light make the Panther 9 an eye-catching revelation, and thanks to the black color it fits neatly into any vehicle.

Unlike usual, there is no need to connect or disconnect any extra wire to activate the lamp's different power modes, instead switching between PowerBoost® and road traffic mode is possible using a unique selection integrated into the user interface. The power mode can therefore be changed easily and quickly, even while driving.

The light beam of the Panther 9 consists of a rectangular wide main beam, which is a perfect combination of both range and width. The light beam opens right away and illuminates the whole road from side to side, while the brighter main spot in the middle of the beam directs the light far ahead. In the vertical direction, the light beam is softly delimited, as usual from other lights of the Panther series, thanks to which the light is not lost in the sky and a ball of light does not form in front of the car. However, the height of the light beam is optimized to be sufficient for hilly terrain and roof installations of heavy equipment.

Unlike many other additional lights on the market, the Panther 9 is equipped with an R65-approved orange warning light, which can be used e.g. in special transports, when the vehicle moves from the highway to a construction site or, for example, in traffic control. A bright, brilliant warning light will not go unnoticed by anyone, so the safety of those working on the vehicle can be guaranteed without separate warning lights. The warning light can be installed, for example, behind a separate switch, so that it can be used whenever necessary. The warning light has five different flashing functions, in addition to which the lights can be synchronized with each other, so that they flash at the same time and the overall appearance of the vehicle is uniform.

Along with the precisely finished light beam, a feature that significantly improves the driving experience is the light's neutral color temperature of 5000 Kelvin. Neutral color temperature is optimal for road traffic, as it facilitates the observation of terrain shapes and obstacles and does not distort the color of the object. In addition, it dazzles less cool tones from e.g. snow cover or in fog and rain, and reduces the strain on the eyes. The 5000K color temperature also suits newer cars with LED or Xenon lights as standard, and brings the desired brightness and sharpness even alongside traditional halogen lights.

The appearance of Panther 9 differs from the usual, and its unique design, the orange or white parking light running spectacularly at the bottom of the lens, and the dark optics give the lamp a unique and street-credible overall look. The brazenly non-standard appearance, combined with the 9" size and ferocious performance, make the Panther 9 an excellent addition to the equipment of heavy equipment and construction site vehicles as well as vans and SUVs. The lamp's exceptionally low reference number (25) allows several lamps to be installed in the same vehicle without affecting the car's own high beams need to be cut out of use, so this light cannon can also be installed in passenger cars!

The light is supplied with a mounting foot, and the installation is facilitated by the 2-pole DTP connector already in place in the light's power cord, as well as separate wires from the power cord for the parking lights, warning light, and warning light synchronization. Unlike many other additional lights of the same size, the Panther 9 also has a ready-made mounting hole for the upper support bar, which enables a sturdy installation. The wide operating voltage range (9-36V) enables installation in both 12V and 24V systems. The lamp is protected against radio interference in accordance with the ECE R10 standard.
