The Lazer Sentinel 9″ Elite+ LED driving light takes the performance of round LED auxiliary driving lights to a new level. Its advanced design, precision-engineered optics and combination of white and yellow LEDs deliver powerful, versatile illumination with excellent visibility and a distinctive, modern appearance.

In Boost mode, the white LEDs produce up to 22,210 raw lumens. In Combo mode, the white and yellow LEDs operate together to deliver a total light output of up to 29,500 raw lumens. The yellow LEDs are angled slightly downwards and outwards to help improve visibility in challenging conditions, including fog, snow, dust and heavy rain.

The Sentinel 9″ Elite+ offers four selectable lighting modes, controlled using a momentary switch. The additional Transition Assist function allows the beam to be quickly adjusted downwards while increasing the lateral light spread as oncoming traffic approaches. This helps maintain useful illumination before the main beam needs to be switched off completely, where traffic conditions permit.

 

Lighting Modes

• Boost – White Main Beam (22,210 lm / 210 W)
•     The white LEDs operate at full power to deliver a powerful main beam.    With a colour temperature of 5000 K, the light is designed to provide a clear, high-contrast view when driving in the dark.
• Combo – White + Yellow (29,500 lm / 300 W)
•     The white and yellow LEDs operate together to deliver up to 29,500    raw lumens. This combination provides powerful illumination while adding the versatility of yellow light for varying driving conditions.
• Snow / Fog / Dust – Yellow Light (7,290 lm / 80 W)
•     The yellow LEDs are angled slightly downwards and outwards. This mode is designed to help improve visibility in fog, snowfall and dusty conditions, making it a useful option when visibility is reduced.
• E-Mark / Low Output – Approved On-Road High Beam
•     The white LEDs operate at reduced output in the E-Mark mode. This mode provides the approved main-beam function for on-road use, subject to the manufacturer’s specified operating conditions and applicable regulations.

 

Transition Assist – Controlled Beam Adjustment (2,220 lm / 20 W)
Press and hold the switch for two seconds to activate Transition Assist. The light output is reduced, the beam is directed further downwards and the lateral light spread increases. This helps maintain visibility as oncoming traffic approaches.

White and Yellow Position Lights with Dynamic Welcome Light
The Lazer Sentinel Elite+ features white and yellow position-light options that enhance its distinctive appearance. With the Flash-To-Change function, the position light colour can be switched between white and yellow.

The dynamic Welcome Light start-up sequence adds a premium finishing touch to the modern design of this high-performance LED driving light.

Please note that the manufacturer’s stated ECE R148 approval applies to the white position light only.

The Lazer Sentinel 9″ Elite+ is designed, developed and manufactured in Lazer’s own production facility in the United Kingdom.

Built for demanding conditions, the light features an IP68-rated construction, thermal management, a corrosion-resistant surface finish and a durable polycarbonate lens. The LEDs have a manufacturer-specified lifespan of 50,000 hours.

The product comes with a 5-year warranty, along with the manufacturer’s Lifetime Lens Guarantee, providing additional peace of mind for long-term use.

 

Installation and Compatibility

The Lazer Sentinel 9″ Elite+ is designed for vehicles requiring powerful and versatile auxiliary driving lights. Its 10–32 V operating voltage makes it suitable for a wide range of passenger cars, vans, trucks and other vehicles with a compatible electrical system.

The light comes pre-wired with a 4-pin Aptiv connector and a 25 cm cable. Due to its high power consumption, the installation must use wiring, fuses and control equipment appropriately rated for the electrical load.

Important – Road Use: ECE approval applies only to the specific operating mode approved by the manufacturer. Check the applicable vehicle, installation and lighting regulations before installation. Not all lighting modes are approved for use on public roads. Always use the light in accordance with the relevant regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions.
