Terms & Conditions Summary

1. All prices can be shown with or without VAT and are stated in Euro.
2. Our products come with a 14 dagars returrätt. Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition.
3. We process your order on business days within 1–4 arbetsdagar . Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
4. Om en felaktig eller defekt produkt har levererats, vänligen kontakta kundtjänst omedelbart.
5. Vi ansvarar inte för leveransfel på grund av force majeure-situationer.

We always aim for the fastest possible delivery. Normal delivery time is 5–10 working days. Products manufactured by us to order are normally 3–5 weeks. When products are shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you.

We offer our customers fast and affordable delivery options. Our shipping partners DHL, Postnord and DB Schenker deliver packages throughout Europe in 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs will be calculated separately and added to the order after it has been placed.

Payment is available by invoice only. This webshop is intended for business customers, and all orders are invoiced in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

All our products (excl. gift cards and other intangible products) have a full 14 dagars returrätt. The returned product must be unused and unchanged, i.e., in fully resalable condition, including the original packaging. Please notify our customer service in advance about the return.

Observera: Vi täcker inte fraktkostnader för produkter som returneras i strid med dessa instruktioner.

RST-Steel Oy follows the defect liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978). Additionally, we provide our products with a 12 månaders garanti, covering material and manufacturing defects (excluding halogen and filament bulbs). If a product's warranty period differs, it is separately mentioned on the product page. The warranty period begins from the date on the receipt.

I garantiärenden skickas produkten till oss för inspektion och byts vanligtvis ut mot en ny om garantianspråket är giltigt.

Garantin täcker inte felaktig användning av produkten, kundmodifierade produkter, installationsfel, underlåtenhet att följa instruktioner eller skador orsakade av andra olämpliga åtgärder. Garantibyte förlänger inte den ursprungliga garantiperioden.

När varan är i kundens besittning ansvarar RST-Steel Oy inte för skada som orsakats av varan på: a) fast eller lös egendom eller konsekvenser därav, b) produkter tillverkade av köparen eller produkter som innehåller köparens produkter.

RST-Steel Oy ansvarar inte för olaglig användning eller installation av produkter. RST-Steel Oy ansvarar inte för felaktig produktinformation som tillhandahålls av tillverkare.

Produktanvändning och installation: It is the customer's responsibility to verify the product's suitability for their intended use and to comply with laws, regulations, and safety requirements related to product use and installation.

All complaints related to orders or deliveries should be sent within sju (7) dagar of receiving the order to our customer service.

Kunden kan annullera sin beställning om leveransen inte har skett inom rimlig tid. Annullering av beställningen måste meddelas till vår kundtjänst. Vi strävar efter att meddela kunder via e-post eller telefon om leveranstiden avviker från det normala. RST-Steel Oy förbehåller sig rätten att annullera beställningar och återbetala kunden.

RST-Steel samlar in information om sina kunder och nätbutiksanvändare för att ge bästa möjliga serviceupplevelse. Kunddata används för att leverera säkra tjänster och förbättra kundservicekvaliteten och nätbutiken. RST-Steel Oy respekterar kundernas integritet och använder insamlade personuppgifter endast för de ändamål som anges i sekretesspolicyn.
